Especially in this challenging year. After all, this particular story revealed a chain of events; a process: someone gets distracted and forgets/drops/leaves a personal item behind, someone happens upon said item, is kind enough to take action to help things along, and at some point the distracted/forgetful/in-a-hurry person reunites with the lost object while feeling great relief and gratitude.
