That the Russians have been pouring money into the pockets of popular Trump influencers comes as no surprise. It's not the smoking gun in Donald Trump's hand, yet. But if it walks like a duck, and talks like a duck... The man has no beliefs other than larceny, and his almost canine devotion to Vladimir Putin ... well, what explains it? You almost hope Trump's in the Russian's pocket; you'd hate to think he's doing this for free, panting at Putin's feet year after year just because he so admires dictators. Somehow that would be even worse. Though that could very well be the case. Nothing would surprise me anymore.

From huzzahing for Tail-gunner Joe McCarthy to cheering as the Russians savage Ukraine or, at the least, claiming the invasion of a European democracy and slaughter of its civilians is none of America's business. Heck, Russian tanks could roll down Pennsylvania Avenue and the Republican leadership of today would turn out in their slinkiest dresses, ready to service them.
These latest revelations will mean nothing at all, to his supporters. To those of us committed to saving American democracy, it is another reminder, as if one more is necessary, of how high the stakes are, and what we are fighting for.

It's very obvious that Putin has massive kompromat on the fat traitor. Maybe it's the long rumored pee-pee tape of a nude fat traitor with the two whores in a Moscow hotel room, with the whores pissing on the same bed Obama supposedly slept in, while he's laughing his fat ass off, or maybe it's the fact that Putin personally guaranteed the huge loans that Deutsche Bank gave the fat traitor for his properties, when no other bank would lend him a cent, because of his long history of late payment or flat out defaults on loans.
ReplyDeleteThe facts are that no matter what he's said about himself as a "Great businessman", he's actually a terrible one, who has lost money on almost every single thing he's ever invested in.
If he had taken the $400 million his Klan member father had given him when he got his bought & paid for degree from Wharton & put it all into a S&P 500 index fund, he'd be worth a legitimate $7 to $10 billion without having done a single days work, thus never once losing billions on failed casinos, the only person in US history to have multiple failed casinos!
Exactly how do you lose money running a casino, when the house always has the advantage?
Instead he's spent his life grifting other people, by not paying contractors what the contracts required & telling them to sue him for it, knowing they can't afford the long, long time the lawsuits would take. He learned that from his other mentor, the truly vile deeply, deeply closeted gay Roy Cohn, who got his start, working for that vile Joe McCarthy & his depraved crusade against supposed Communists in the US government, with Cohn specifically outing gay men in the government & military.
No one apparently knows what happened to Cohn's money, but for the last ten year or so of his life, he was being sued by everyone, so his defense was delay & delay & to own absolutely nothing, so his creditors couldn't seize anything. He rented everything then, even his clothing!
And that the main lesson his prized mentee, the fat traitor learned from him, delay & delay & delay all lawsuits & criminal charges against you, to drive your opponents insane, so that they will give up.
Until the fat traitor came along, there wasn't anyone alive I truly hated, it was just the mostly dead Nazis who murdered six million of relatives in Europe I never met. I even got over my hatred of Nixon when I learned he was a social liberal, created the EPA & wanted national health insurance, which he himself derailed, due to his paranoia that caused Watergate & his forced resignation. He was a massively flawed & tragic figure, who wrecked his own legacy.
I will never, ever get over my hatred of the fat traitor, because he's managed to make anti-Semitism respectable again, among his numerous other despicable crimes against the American people & US Constitution!

Hell, yes to comments already shared and I don’t understand how we spiraled downward from the euphoria of hope and change and the sense that America had finally turned a corner in its realization of its Democratic Ideals with the election of Obama in 2008 to a campaign in which there really is only one viable candidate in Kamala Harris, with the other candidate being a convicted felon, pathological liar, convicted felon, and unhinged, incoherent human being, who is treated by the mainstream media as legitimate.

DeleteSadly, the hope and change of Obama is largely what unleashed the hidden racism, hate and anger that drives the MAGA movement. They despised the fact that Obama, a Black man, could achieve the ultimate position of power as well as that he did it honestly, competently and with class, never, ever embarrassing the country he represented. But they hump the flag and claim to be the bigliest “PATRIOTS!”

DeleteThey love their guns and they spend Sunday morning listening to someone they trust and respect implore them to live by the word of their imaginary God who tells them that everyone is supposed to follow the rules that were laid out 2,000 years ago in a book that's mostly used to make money for churches.
They are hoping to live in a country that doesn't welcome people that are not like them.

DeleteWorked on the Obama campaign in 2008, and never, before or since, have I experienced the joy and euphoria that was felt on the night of his victory, and the day afterward. No drink or drug has ever come close. Not even when the Cubs won it all.
DeleteSilly me. Foolishly believed that America had finally emerged from its sorry past, and had put all that misery behind us, and that we would finally walk in the sunlight. How the hell, at the age of 61, could I have possibly been so starry-eyed, so gullible, so ignorant?
Hell, I even sniffled and shed joyful tears when Obama was sworn in. Eight years later, I really had something to cry about. The Obama era was what allowed the monsters and the bogeymen to emerge from their caves.
Those halcyon days, after the Obama victory, did not last long, and now that hopeful feeling is long gone, and it will probably never come back.
